- Account information: name, username, email address, Google account identifier, profile image, login method, and account status.
- Gameplay information: player ID, match history, game results, leaderboard activity, reward activity, tournament participation, achievements, and in-game actions.
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, approximate location, and network activity needed to operate and secure the service.
- Wallet and blockchain information: public wallet addresses, transaction references, token or NFT interactions, and on-chain activity connected to Ludo Cities features. We do not collect private keys or recovery phrases.
- Support and communication information: messages, bug reports, deletion requests, feedback, and any information you choose to send to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- Operate gameplay, matchmaking, rewards, leaderboards, tournaments, and player profiles.
- Connect supported wallet, token, NFT, and Web3 features.
- Detect cheating, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity.
- Improve game performance, fix bugs, analyze crashes, and develop new features.
- Respond to support requests, data requests, account deletion requests, and legal obligations.
3. Google Login
If you sign in with Google, we receive information made available by Google for authentication, such as your email address, name, profile image, and Google user ID. We use this information to create or access your Ludo Cities account and personalize your experience.
4. Web3 and Wallet Data
If you use wallet or blockchain features, public wallet addresses and on-chain transactions may be visible on public blockchains such as Solana. Blockchain data is public, permanent, and outside our full control. Never share your private key or recovery phrase with anyone, including us.
5. Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers and platforms that help us operate Ludo Cities, such as authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, app stores, payment providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, security tools, and customer support services.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate fraud or abuse, to enforce our Terms of Use, or during a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Ludo Cities, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Some records, such as blockchain transactions, may remain publicly available even after your account is deleted because they exist on decentralized networks outside our control.
7. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing tassaduq009@gmail.com. You may also request a copy of your data by contacting us at the same address.
We aim to complete account deletion requests within 90 days, subject to security checks, fraud prevention, legal requirements, and technical limitations.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no online service, database, blockchain network, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases safe.
9. Children's Privacy
Ludo Cities is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. International Users
Ludo Cities may be operated from or use service providers located in different countries. By using Ludo Cities, you understand that your information may be processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your region.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Ludo Cities after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
